Acceptable Use Policy & AI Content Safety

1. Scope & Permitted Architectural Uses

FloorPlanTo3D is designed exclusively for legitimate residential and commercial spatial planning, architectural floor plan reconstruction, furniture layout, and interior design visualization. You may only use our AI floor plan recognition and AI interior-render generation features for lawful home design, renovation planning, real estate visualization, and architectural concept exploration.

2. Strict Prohibition & Filtering of NSFW Content

We maintain and enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content across all floor plan uploads and AI interior-render generation features. You are strictly prohibited from uploading images, submitting text prompts, or attempting to generate:

• Nudity, pornography, erotica, sexually explicit imagery, or sexually suggestive scenes or characters inside interior renders;
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) of any kind — violations result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of real or identifiable individuals;
• Prompts or imagery depicting illegal adult venues, sexual exploitation, or fetishized harmful environments.

3. Prohibited Uses in AI Interior-Render & Floor Plan Features

When using FloorPlanTo3D and its AI interior-render generation feature, you must not upload files, submit prompts, or generate outputs that involve:

• Violence, gore, terrorism, self-harm, or incitement of physical harm against any person or group;
• Hate speech, extremist symbols, harassment, bullying, or defamatory material;
• Illegal activities, burglary or security-bypass planning, illicit manufacturing, or fraudulent real estate misrepresentation;
• Infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or architectural intellectual property;
• Attempting to bypass, probe, or disable our automated content moderation filters (prompt injection or jailbreaking), or abusing APIs via automated scripts.

4. Automated Content Moderation & Real-Time Filtering

To ensure that no prohibited or NSFW content is generated, FloorPlanTo3D enforces mandatory, real-time automated content moderation (including the Creem Content Moderation API) across all prompt-based generation and conversion endpoints:

• Pre-Generation Prompt Screening: Every user-submitted interior-render prompt, project title, and conversion request is screened in real time before any AI model or rendering handoff is executed;
• Strict Blocking on Deny & Flag Decisions: Any request returning a "deny" or "flag" moderation decision is immediately rejected prior to generation without consuming user credits;
• Fail-Closed Safety: If the content moderation service is unreachable or returns an unexpected error, our endpoints fail closed and block generation until safety verification succeeds.

5. Enforcement, Suspension & Reporting

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service will result in immediate prompt rejection, content removal, and, for repeated or severe violations, account suspension or permanent termination.
