Acceptance of terms

By using FloorPlanTo3D, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Use of the service

FloorPlanTo3D provides AI floor plan reconstruction and 2D/3D interior layout tools. You may only upload floor plans and images that you have the right to use, process, and share.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use FloorPlanTo3D to upload, request, generate, or share content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• depicts or promotes nudity, pornography, NSFW material, sexually explicit content, or any sexualized content involving real people, minors, or non-consenting subjects;
• contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, abuses automated scraping, or interferes with the service; or
• violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

We may remove content, suspend conversion access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User content

You retain responsibility for the floor plans and layout data you submit. By using the service, you allow FloorPlanTo3D to host, process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.

Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Higher generation quotas and Pro features require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan allowances, and billing cycles shown on our Pricing page and at checkout apply to your purchase. Failed conversions do not deduct generation credits.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. If you experience a billing error or technical issue that prevents use of the service, please contact support within 7 days of the charge for assistance or a refund review.

Generated outputs

AI-recognized floor plans, area calculations, budget estimates, and 3D views may be imperfect or approximate. FloorPlanTo3D does not guarantee that generated models will be suitable for structural engineering, construction blueprints, legal compliance, or final procurement without on-site verification.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or others, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FloorPlanTo3D is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorPlanTo3D disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorPlanTo3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
