Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you use FloorPlanTo3D, including your Google sign-in profile details (name, email address, and profile picture), uploaded floor plan images, saved 2D/3D layout projects, and support messages.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, run floor plan recognition and 3D compilation, save your projects in the cloud across devices, manage subscription quotas, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Floor plan uploads and AI processing

When you upload a floor plan image and submit a conversion request, we process that image through our AI recognition workflow to generate editable 2D and 3D layout geometry for you.

We do not sell your uploaded floor plans or use your private floor plan uploads for public model training. Projects saved to your account remain private to your account.

Payments and billing

When you purchase a Pro subscription, payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider (such as Creem). We receive billing status confirmations and do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Cookies and analytics

FloorPlanTo3D uses essential session cookies and browser storage to maintain your sign-in session and active editor draft, and may use privacy-friendly traffic analytics to understand website performance and usage.

Data retention

We keep account data, uploaded floor plans, and saved projects only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service. You may delete any saved project directly from your Account page at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run core infrastructure providers, comply with law, or protect the rights, safety, and security of FloorPlanTo3D and its users.
